New Richmond lawyer named Rusk County D.A.

Mark Kellaher New Richmond was announced Friday as Gov. Doyle’s choice for Rusk County District Attorney,

Kellaher, who will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Kathleen Pakes, will begin serving in February.
