Sunday -- Two trapped in vehicle rollover

The Sheldon and Bruce fire departments were paged at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday night for a one-vehicle rollover on County D, several miles west of Wis. 27.

Two people were believed trapped in the vehicle. The Jaws of Life from the Bruce Fire Department was requested, but not needed as the passengers did get out of the vehicle.

The vehicle had severe rear-end damage and possibly a fuel leak.

The Rusk County Sheriff's Department, Rusk County Ambulance and Sheldon First Responders also responded.
