The Rusk County Health Department reported one new COVID-19 case on Friday, July 31.

There are now three active cases in the county, including a new case reported Thursday, July 30.

Since the coronavirus pandemic began, the county has reported 15 total positive cases with 11 recoveries and one death due to COVID-19. There are currently no hospitalized cases.

There have also been 1,319 negative test results.
