A suspect has been arrested after a fatal ATV crash Saturday near Ingram where one man was killed.

The Rusk County Sheriff's Office responded at 1:42 p.m. on Sept. 14, to an ATV crash with multiple injuries and multiple ATVs near the N6300 block of the east leg of County B in the town of Richland. The crash occurred just north of U.S. 8.

Alan Hanson, 28, of Oak Grove, Minn., was pronounced dead at the scene.

Jordan Walls, 28, of St. Francis, Minn., was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

After investigation, Brennon Plaisted, 27, of Isanti, Minn., was arrested on suspicion of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and causing injury by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.

The highway is signed as an ATV route.

The Rusk County Sheriff's Office and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources are still actively investigating this crash.
